Entry requirements
You must satisfy one of the following conditions:

Hold an honours degree from an approved degree-awarding body.

Hold a non-graduate qualification which the University deems to be of satisfactory standard for the purpose of postgraduate admission.

Have relevant work experience that is deemed to compensate the lack of formal qualificationsand have held a position of management responsibility for a minimum of three years. A candidate who has already achieved Grad CIPD Status from the current or previous CIPD Professional Development Scheme may be given permission to proceed directly on to the dissertation stage.
