Description
This one-morning workshop will provide a fascinating insight into some arts from different parts of the world and how they are presented in Western museums. It will also give you the opportunity to try out how to tell a story through objects. In this workshop, we will look especially to the differences in presentation of Picasso, influenced by African art, and African artist, influenced by Picasso. Part of the course will take place in the Picasso and World Arts Galleries of New Walk Museum and Art Gallery.
