Project Management Foundation programme offers an introduction to the concepts and tools of Project Management. It allows the participants a chance to look at the key factors of effective project management, various stages in project management and the role of the project management at each stage, various tools and techniques for effective results and role of communication in success of any project.

Upon successful completion of the Project Management Foundation Training, the participants will be able to:

• Understand the role of Project Manager
• Describe the stages of a project and how each stage can be effectively managed
• Demonstrate some of the leadership and influencing skills that will enable a project manager to lead the project effectively
• Explain some of the tools and techniques that can be helpful when planning a project
• Describe the nature and function of the project team and its various members
• Understand the role of stakeholders and ways to manage and communicate with them
