Projects can be carried out on different levels, within different scopes, having different resources at one’s disposal. Since there are so many possibilities to approach a project it might not be clear which one to choose, or you might have chosen an approach but are not sure how to actually put it into practice. Project management is very important for achieving the goals and objectives you set as targets. You might want to use a Lean approach, i.e. making a team more effective using fewer resources, or a Six Sigma approach which especially focuses on the quality management of the project’s processes. Another possibility is PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments2) Foundation or Practitioner which have become standard approaches for project management in the UK, enabling its practitioners to create a clearly defined framework to coordinate people and activities. Another approach to projects more focused on the IT sector, is ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) which is a set of concepts providing practitioners with detailed descriptions of important IT practices, comprehensive checklists, tasks and procedures that can be customised according to the practitioners’ needs.
Which ever one you might be interested in, you will find a suitable approach among Springest’s Project Management training courses.

"Content: Training material is more concrete on LPM than Implementing SAFe. However, some sections are not fully conclusive and therefore not contributing to the LPM big picture.
Trainer: Frank was good, he gave us space to reflect, create a trusted atmosphere and a natural flow during the training.
Location: Is fine, but the lunch was repetitive." - 14-08-2019 00:00

"I enjoyed the Online Scrum Product Owner training. It was delivered with a lot of passion and was more than worth following. The time was a bit too short, but the content was clear. I'm looking forward to the follow-up session. Thank you, Akbar. " - 21-07-2020 15:59

"I have booked a course PMP through Learning Centre for a year subscription. With disappointment this course is out of date and it is also very expensive. Despite spending huge fees on this course, they couldn't even issue a proper CPD certificate to me. Please do not waste your money and time on PMP through this website." - 14-06-2020 19:13
