With the Lean Task module, your team can define tasks based on input and project constraints, resulting in a feasible schedule. This training is intended for project team members who create Lean tasks and link them to activities, without requiring prior knowledge of project planning. You will learn how to work with task schedules and the digital planning board, importing tasks from Excel.
