L4 Award in the Internal Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice

Introduction

For practitioners who internally verify the internal quality assurance process within a centre/organisation.

What Will I Learn

The units will provide you with the opportunity to develop and improve your practice as well as achieving a professional qualification for the role. They are available to you if you work in: accredited learning; non accredited learning (where people you assess performance but do not assess for a qualification); the NQF and the QCF.

How Will I Be Assessed?

You will need to complete a portfolio of evidence of practice in the form of written assignment, observation & professional discussion.

Entry Requirements

You will already be a qualified assessor. You must be able to take part in the internal verification process of your curriculum.

Additional Information

There will be 4 workshops of 2 -3 hours followed by 1 to 1 tutorials carried out on Tuesdays from 4-7 p.m. Tutorials will support with portfolio building and setting targets for completion. You will also complete assignment work and portfolio building ou
