Everyone needs to take Equality and Diversity seriously and this course intends to challenge thought processes and attitudes. By understanding and embracing diversity an inclusive environment can be created.

What Will I Learn

This Equality & Diversity Awareness programme has been designed to raise awareness of some of the key issues surrounding this topic and a second programme is available which extends the thought processes to include the application of equality and diversity into work and community settings.
