This course is for anyone who has no previous knowledge of French or whose basic knowledge needs refreshing. The aim of the course is to develop your ability to understand and respond to spoken French.
Course content
The focus will be on using language in authentic situations, such as in restaurants, hotels and shops. You will also learn basic grammar so that you can begin to manipulate the language.
- By the end of the course, you will have been given the opportunity to: Practise conversation; Gain a basic understanding of French grammar; have an appreciation of the culture of French speaking countries.
