Description
This course gives students an introduction to legal study. Students will study different types of law and how the legal environment works. The qualification is equivalent to a GCSE grade C.
Course content
Students will study two modules: one compulsory and one option module
- The Legal Environment
- Criminal Law
Entry Requirements
Student must have an interest in Law and legal systems. Also have a good standard of written English. Students will be required to complete a diagnostic literacy assessment.
Delivery & Assessment methods
Assessment will be by an external multiple choice exam and coursework
