Entry Requirements
Entry is through a successful interview and initial assessment. Learners should ideally be working in or have experience of the leisure industry and have Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or be suitably qualified at Level 2. Mature students will be considered in light of relevant work, industry relevant qualifications and life experience
Delivery & Assessment methods
The NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Leisure Management is designed to ensure that your learning experience is challenging and rewarding. A mixture of classroom, practical base and eLearning methods include; group work, peer assessment, discussion, role play and online interaction. Each learner is required to create a Portfolio of evidence which will include a variety of assessment methods
Progression
Successful completion of this course can lead onto progression into managerial roles, including duty manager or assistant manager in leisure centres, sports clubs and leisure facilities. In addition it could lead into additional study at a higher level
