Delivery & Assessment methods
Delivery of knowledge in class or your workplace from your allocated tutor. Allocation of an Assessor who will assess learner in their place of work Assessor support in building up a portfolio showing evidence of competence through observation, testimony, accounts and underpinning knowledge.
Progression
Completion of level 3 diploma may lead onto promotion within the health care field or a Level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people's services.
