A session focussing on disability, including a detailed
consideration of reasonable adjustments. We will also consider how
best to manage absence in the workplace and will discuss the
challenging complexities arising from employees suffering with
stress - how best to spot the signs and how best to support an
employee who is diagnosed with stress. It should be remembered that
stress is said to be the biggest risk to businesses going
forward.
