This qualification will provide you with the specialist skills
and knowledge to work in the role of a Barista in a variety of
catering establishments: Coffee Bars, Cafes, Hotels and
Restaurants. It provides knowledge of the products that make up the
beverages, along with techniques to correctly handle and store
them.
