Health and Social Care BTEC HNC Certificate Level 4

The Higher Education course includes a range of modules relevant to people working in the Health and Social Care sector. You will study: Communicating in Health and Social Care Organisations, Principles of Health and Social Care Practice, Health and Safety in the Workplace, Personal and Professional Development, and Working in Partnership in Health and Social Care. Work based employment or voluntary work within Health and Social Care is mandatory.The HNC Level 4 is studied 2 days a week within year one. Work based experience through either employment or voluntary work within health and social care is mandatory. It is the learners’ responsibility to source this experience themselves. A minimum of 200 hours’ experience is required for the HNC.
