In addition, learners will also gain an Award in WorkSkills, together with three Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.
Teaching and assessment
All units are internally assessed and subject to external verification. To achieve the City & Guilds Level 1 Diploma for IT Users, all units have to be achieved. Learners will acquire skills through a combination of practical tasks, theory, simulated activities and role-play.
Entry requirements
Assessment in English and Maths. Preferably 4 GCSEs at D-G grades.
Progression
BTEC Level 2 Diploma in IT or similar level 2 courses.
