Level 2 NVQ Certificate- Team Leading

Programme:

The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Team Leading is designed for Team Leaders who are primarily concerned with motivating their team members and achieving agreed outputs, with limited authority for deploying resources. Flexibility is achieved through two optional units which compliment three mandatory units designed to develop the core competences needed by today’s Team Leaders.

Units:

Units typically include: managing personal development, developing working relationships with colleagues, communicating information and knowledge, planning, allocating and monitoring work of a team and supporting team members to identify, develop and implement new ideas.

Target:

Any job role in any industry sector that involves team leading / supervisory responsibilities.
