Full Description:Who is the course for?
- Individuals at an early stage of their careers who wish to
develop management skills to become more effective. - Those who
have shown potential for team leader or First Line management
positions and who need the development skills and knowledge to
succeed in that position.
- Experienced staff who are currently in positions of First Line
management responsibility and need to expand their skills and
knowledge to increase managerial effectiveness.
- Staff who wish to become more effective in their handling of
changing situations and dealings with others at work.
- Individual staff who wish to acquire the grounding and
qualifications needed for higher level management development
