coach. The first year will give students the foundations to
progress as a coach, helping to understand the coaching coaching
process and improve confidence in leading a session. Students will
have the chance to gain real life experience, working in local
schools. A one year course will lead to 4 qualifications: FA L1,
Leadership Through Football L2, L1 Award in Principles of Coaching

Taught? In a fun and enthusiastic way, with lots of questions and
guided discovery. All lessons are well planned with opportunities
to stretch and challenge all learners. All lessons will be varied
using different teaching styles. A mixture of practical and
classroom based lessons. They way the lessons are taught are
designed to show you the way you should carry out all your coaching
sessions. How will I be Assessed? The course is assessed through
direct observations of practical assessments and a portfolio of
theory based written work, with oral questions and reflective
accounts.
