Following extensive research, the CIM has developed a new
qualification portfolio to meet the demands of employers. Available
from September 2014, the courses are structured in such a way that
participants can study while working and make progress in a short
period of time. The Integrated Communications module aims to enable
understanding of the importance of effective internal and external
communications in building sustainable relationships and delivering

advancement. What will I Study? The Integrated Communications
module aims to enable understanding of the importance of effective
internal and external communications in building sustainable
relationships and delivering customer value. It provides the
opportunity to recognise the importance of integrated marketing
communications (IMC) planning, the concept of product and brand
management, and outlines the components of the marketing
communications mix. How will I be Taught? Active lessons and
collaborative working are the cornerstones of the teaching style at
Chichester College. You will be encouraged to maximise self-study
opportunities using digital resources. How will I be Assessed? The
assessment is an assignment submitted to the CIM. What our students
