The security industry is experiencing steady growth. Currently, there are around 500,000 people employed in the security industry in a range of different roles. On this apprenticeship, you can chose the pathway that interests you the most or is most relevant to your current work placement, such as static and patrol guarding, events security, door supervision, retail security, reception duties, and CCTV operation. You will develop your skills in assessing different situations and your ability to act quickly when necessary. You will also learn the importance of keeping accurate records and handling key documents.
