This is the cleaning industry’s professional diploma for supervisory staff, team and shift leaders. It is suitable for people who have completed the Level 2 apprenticeship in cleaning, or a team leading role.
This City & Guilds diploma is suitable for all supervisory staff in any sector of the cleaning industry.
The units are tailored to your job role and you receive advice from your assessor on which ones to select. This qualification is suitable for those already employed as a supervisor, as well as those who want to enter the cleaning industry at such a level.

There are no other restrictions to becoming an apprentice except
that you need to be over the age of 16 and to have been settled in
the UK for at least the past three years.
You can advance your career in the industry, or you may want to consider additional training too. A management qualification can help you your role or open doors for self employment.
