AI initiatives often fail not because the technology is inadequate, but because organisations struggle to connect technical possibilities with business reality. Managers, product leaders, engineers, and stakeholders may all be working with good intentions, yet without a shared frame of reference, decisions are delayed and momentum is lost.

Inhoud

AI initiatives often fail not because the technology is inadequate, but because organisations struggle to connect technical possibilities with business reality. Managers, product leaders, engineers, and stakeholders may all be working with good intentions, yet without a shared frame of reference, decisions are delayed and momentum is lost.

In this advanced training, participants learn how to approach AI as an organisational change effort rather than a standalone technical project. The focus is on making informed choices early, managing risk consciously, and ensuring that AI solutions serve real business and customer needs.

The training supports roles such as managers, team leads, Scrum Masters, RTEs, Agile coaches, product managers, business analysts, and transformation leaders who are expected to guide AI initiatives without necessarily building the solutions themselves. You will practise translating complex AI considerations into clear business language, facilitating alignment between executives and technical teams, and maintaining direction throughout the lifecycle of an AI initiative.

Rather than concentrating on tools, the training develops judgement. Participants learn how to assess value, feasibility, and organisational readiness before significant investments are made, and how to keep initiatives moving when complexity increases.

Program

The training is delivered as a three-day, in-person, instructor-led programme. This immersive format allows participants to step away from day-to-day pressures and work with focus and depth on a real AI initiative from their own organisation.

Across the three days, participants move from identifying opportunities and framing the right questions, through designing a viable and aligned approach, to preparing for delivery and adoption. The rhythm of the programme supports reflection, dialogue, and practical application, rather than passive consumption of content.

After the classroom days, participants continue applying what they have learned through clearly defined milestones at 30, 60, and 90 days. This structure reinforces learning over time and helps ensure that insights translate into sustained action.

After this training

After completing this training, participants are able to guide AI initiatives from early idea to operational impact with greater confidence and clarity. They can facilitate productive conversations between business and technical stakeholders, surface risks before they become obstacles, and make informed decisions that balance innovation with responsibility.

Participants leave with a practical approach to leading cross-functional AI efforts, reducing dependency on trial-and-error, and avoiding the common pattern of stalled pilots. The result is a stronger ability to turn AI ambition into outcomes that matter for the organisation.

Together we continue building

This training is delivered by Connected Movement, a network of experienced professionals who work at the intersection of learning, change, and organisational development. Learning does not stop at the end of the programme.

Participants are invited to become part of the Connected Community, where professionals continue to share experiences, reflect on real cases, and learn from each other across organisations and sectors. Connected Movement positions itself as a long-term partner, supporting continued growth, application, and learning well beyond the training itself.
