Master Practitioner Course Structure:

The course is structured into 5 x 3 day modules run Friday to Sunday

Module 1. Modelling Master Class.

The benefits of being able to model (in the NLP use of the word) have been, and continue to be, huge. All of my successful (and lucrative) one day business seminars have resulted from me 'modelling' the latest processes and strategies in the business world and turning them into NLP based business seminars. On this module I will show you how to model easily and effectively and use my own business seminars as examples. Therefore you will leave this module with a modelling tool kit so you can produce your own seminars and courses PLUS access to structure and content of those I already market and deliver. Later on in the course you could even rehearse delivering these lucrative business seminars as Module 4 contains my popular and well respected "Presenting Powerfully" system. My aim is that you are able to get a return on your course investment quickly and this module forms the foundation on which that success is built.

Many Master Practitioner programs take the view that mastery of NLP involves learning more techniques, when this is clearly not the case.  Mastery of NLP means that you will be able to analyze, evaluate and find solutions to all manner of problems, goals and outcomes using fast, effective NLP interventions.

Module 2. Spiral Dynamics and Behaviour Profiling. 

This module is one of our most popular workshops. Over in the Czech Republic they are going crazy with this stuff and trainers are able to demand huge training fees. I know the situation is different here, but offering either coaching or seminars that cover organisational change and how individuals affect and are affected by it, is still something highly valued. As well as giving you material to use in seminars and coaching others, this weekend is a fantastic experience of personal discovery and development. Understanding the world, and yourself in Spiral dynamics terms just seems to make everything fit into place and if you are anything like me then all areas of your life will just improve as part of a natural evolutionary movement 

Spiral Dynamics has a long proven track record in facilitating personal and professional applications of growth and change.  Top business leaders, H R managers, therapists and coaches have all testified to its power in explaining individual and group behaviours.  Being able to identify an individual or group according to the spiral dynamics model gives you an enormous advantage in determining successful outcome for those individuals or groups, neglect the spiral dynamics model at your peril. 

The module also looks at how other personality typing models such as Meta Programs and how they can be utilised to make NLP techniques even more effective.

By the end of this module you will be in the enviable position to tailor your coaching sessions, presentations, feedback and management style for maximum impact.

Module 3. NLP  for Smart People.  

Yes, the title for this weekend is in direct contrast of the popular 'dummies' book series. The smart people reference is also aimed at Emotional Intelligence (EQ) as opposed to the traditional form of IQ. I guess this module could also be called something like 'latest developments in change techniques'. Since Daniel Goldman's book "Emotional Intelligence" the skills, techniques and processes that NLP excells at have become ever more in demand as individuals and organisations struggle to adapt to their changing environments. Those individuals and organisations that thrive tend to have skills such as transformational leadership, charisma, resilience ect. 

There are existing strategies out there that can make us effective in these areas, but unfortunately a lot of courses out there teach very simplistic' versions of original work, some of this work is 50 years old, Psycho-Cybernetics for example, and although brilliant no one can dispute there have been many advances in psychology and mind/body work since the 1960s. 

And that's why this module will focus on the latest research in Psychology, the latest developments in therapies and coaching, basically making sure you are the most informed and up to date trainer, coach or therapist in your area. This whole field is such an exciting one and has such huge ramifications due to modern media and mass communication. As interesting as it is we will also be looking at the practical applications of these latest development, and how we can use them to change others and change ourselves. If you want access to and practice of 'magical change techniques' then this module is not to be missed.

Module 4. Presenting Powerfully. 

This module covers the art of mass communication. The first 2 days of the module are spent learning my 'Presenting Powerfully system'. This system has been proven to work on any subject matter not just NLP, in fact I guarantee that if you use it you will look like a complete professional from the very first presentation you do. And, perhaps more importantly, you will find you actually enjoy giving talks, after all what's the use in being able to do something well if you don't enjoy it. 
The third day of this module sees us turn our attention to mass communication by e-mail, web casts and other media essential to today's mass marketing environment. 
We will cover some of the 'technology skills' you need but mainly we will focus on the applied psychology behind communicating effectively using this media. All in all this module offers the powerful applied psychology models you need to make sure you present yourself powerfully time and time again. 
Whether you are putting together a knock your socks off presentation on NLP for prospective clients, delivering high end business courses or just marketing yourself effectively you will find this module gives you the skills and tools to make a great impact.

Module 5. Modelling project presentations and Building your Business/career.

Although this complete Master Practitioner course is about mastering NLP skills, we will use the area of building your successful business/enhancing your career to practice and integrate the NLP you have learned. To my way of thinking, what's the use in having all these advanced skills if you don't use them in the real world to create a successful future. Unlike other Master practitioner programs, this one equips you with skills and strategies to use in the real world. Therefore we will spend two days looking at how you are going to create the future you want, how to design workshops and courses, how to design and deliver break through sessions, all of the practical things that will enable you to use your NLP Master Practitioner skills to the fullest.

The final day of the course is your chance to present your modeling project. Each delegate will get a one hour slot to present their findings and 'model' of the expert behaviour you have been studying for the past 6 months. If you want a successful training business then I suggest you model a successful trainer, if you want a successful coaching business I suggest you model a successful coach, if you want to be a millionaire then..yep you get the idea. On the final day you can then present your 'model' to the group so we can all learn from you. Quite often these modeling projects can be used as the basis of a successful workshop, so in a way you leave the Master Practitioner course with 2 or 3 workshops already in the bag (maybe a couple of mine you have 'modeled' plus your own modeling project.
