Career development

The starting salary for Legal Secretaries is usually in the range of £18,000 to £22,000 a year, with experience this can rise to £33,000. Highly-qualified legal secretaries can earn up to £40,000 or more a year, and with experience, you can progress to the position of senior legal secretary, PA or office manager.
