OVERVIEW

The programme follows our proven 7-stage model, blending diagnostics, coaching, live facilitation, AI-enabled
practice, habit reinforcement, and cross-sector community learning. At its core is Stage 4: Facilitator-Led
Training, where delegates progress through six taught modules covering strategic foresight, executive

Designed specifically for senior leaders preparing for high-stakes, visible roles across regulated, financial,
professional services, public-interest, and other sectors, the programme focuses on habit formation and
behavioural reinforcement. It ensures learning is applied directly to real-world leadership challenges and
embedded into daily decision-making.

The blended journey combines personalised diagnostics, one-to-one coaching, facilitated masterclasses, AIenabled
scenario practice (CAISY™), peer learning, and cross-sector interaction to develop leadership
resilience, ethical judgement, and strategic foresight. Anchored in behavioural science and built on
FabricShift’s habit formation methodology, it enables participants to build small, sustainable actions that lead
to lasting behavioural change.

Throughout the programme, HabiTrack™ supports ongoing habit embedding, accountability, and reflection,
enabling leaders to track progress, receive nudges, and gather peer feedback that reinforces long-term cultural
and strategic change.
