The purpose of this module is to allow participants to devise their own programme of work to meet a particular professional or personal need not otherwise met in the modules available to them. Programmes of work are developed from participants' own interests, but could involve one of the following: observation of course reviews across an institution, an analysis of an educational innovation, a detailed library-based piece of research, perhaps in a specialised library.
