Poultry Slaughter
This product does not have fixed starting dates and/or places.
This is a one day hands on course designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently slaughter your own birds. Both turkeys and chickens will be used during the day. The course will be based on the College Farm and in the purpose built butchery white room.
