Description
This two day course is aimed at complete beginners and 14-16 year olds as a comprehensive introduction to tractor handling. It does not result in the City and Guilds (NPTC) Certificate of Competence but is highly recommended as a precursor to the 5 day course that we also offer.

College Certificate in Basic Tractor Handling and Operation
Course Content
- Pre-start checks
- Tractor operation
- Trailer work
- Basic PTO safety and 3 point linkage
- Introduction to loader work
- Safe working practices
Entry Requirements
Aged 14 or over. Tetanus protection is recommended.
