Description

Six Sigma Yellow Belts are team members who work with a project leader (a Green Belt or Black Belt) to carryout improvements in their own processes. Being a ‘process owner’ a yellow belt holder has the opportunity to know about the root problems which are causing the variance. Once these root causes are identified and sorted the overall process becomes defect free.
Yellow Belt training is a highly interactive 2 days programme, enabling the participants to recognise the importance of Six Sigma and (R)DMAIC(T) methodology to implement a successful Six Sigma project.   • How the (R)DMAIC(T) methodology is used to improve processes
