This course consists of the following:
This course consists of the following:
- Give lifesaving CPR to adults, child & baby
- Put child, baby, adult in recovery position
- Deal with burns, bleeding & shock
- Make patients comfortable
This course is for those that want to learn about dealing with:
- Strokes
- Blood loss & shock
- Seizures
- Heart attacks
- Fractures
- Burns & scalds
- Dressing wounds
- Dealing with minor injuries
- How to put an unconscious person in the recovery position
The course is run on the lines of continual practical assessment and students are judged on their ability to work with other students to practice various scenarios. 100% attendance is required.
