Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production (Games Development)
The course will have a central focus on the core concepts of software development that is expected within the software and gaming industries. Students will develop knowledge of digital graphics for interactive media leading onto 3D Modelling. Students will learn the basics of programming used to develop software and website sites. Students will gain a greater experience of the object orientated programming languages used in the current development of computer games. Students will see your computer game design developed into a programmed solution.

Students will also achieve Functional Skills in English or Maths during the course.
Students must have ONE of the following:
- 4 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English Language and Maths
- BTEC First Diploma for IT Practitioners at merit, plus GCSE English Language and Maths at grades A*-C
