It covers a range of computer support related topics which give further understanding and knowledge of the skills required for work in the world of computing and IT support. This course is mainly assessed on a continuous basis. Assessments are in a range of formats including practical assignments, on-line multiple choice tests, specialist software focused assignments, and presentations.
PROGRESSION ROUTES / CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Students can progress to higher level courses such as HNC or HND Computing or enter employment as a computer support industry trainee.
