Description
The primary focus of this course is to provide candidates with a range of engineering skills (practical) and knowledge (theory) relevant to the National Certificates in Manufacturing & Mechanical Maintenance Engineering. As such this award is suitable for those candidates who wish to become a skilled crafts persons/trades persons. It is both workshop and classroom based, and is levelled at Intermediate 2 (SCQF 5). Students successfully completing all of the units over the two year programme would attain two National Certificates.
