CAA Level 2 Diploma in Bricklaying

Is this course for me?

This course is designed to prepare students to enter the bricklaying industry. It has been specifically developed for delivery in a training environment using simulated conditions, and the test(s) are based on the learner showing what they can do as an individual through completion of all the requirements of the qualification.

Level 1 Diploma in Brickwork.

What does the course involve?

This course is designed to prepare you for employment within the construction industry as a brick layer. Working within a simulated building environment you will have the opportunity to study:

• Practical bricklaying
• Information, quantities and communicating with others
• Building methods and construction technology
• Interpreting drawings to set out masonry structures

What option will be open to me if I successfully complete the course? Upon successful completion of this course you can progress onto the Level 3 Diploma in Brickwork or seek employment within the construction industry as a bricklayer.
