Focused on your own work context, the course enables you to apply learning through practical tasks. Tutorials offer the opportunity to work together through group discussions, activities and one-to-one support.
The PCSSML is a valuable qualification where you study:
- organisations, organisational culture and ethos
- leadership, management and teamwork
- personal effectiveness
- performance management
- coaching and mentoring
- change and recruitment and retention.
The course is run over one year, beginning in September through to June. You are required to attend seven tutorials and build a portfolio of evidence based on tasks completed and reflection of learning, linking theory and practice.
On successful completion, the PCSSML also provides 60 credits at Level Three, which may be accredited toward further university study.
