This course will help you to learn how to plan and deliver English language lessons. You will have the opportunity to practice and gain vital experience through teaching in the classroom.
On this course you will explore features of the English language and linguistics and will shadow a foreign learner of English. You will also have the opportunity to take the Teaching Knowledge Test, a globally recognised qualification for English Language Teachers (subject to an exam fee).
Take a year abroadThe year abroad option will allow you to increase your foreign language fluency and understanding of other cultures. You will come away with an experience that will give you a real advantage when competing for the best jobs.
In year three you can spend time working or studying at one of our partner Universities.
