- Describe the need for Work Load Management
- Define Workload Manager (WLM) terms, and concepts
- Describe in detail the overall functionary of Workload Manager
- Build WLM Superclasses and Subclasses and assign processes to the classes for CPU, Memory and Disk I/O control
