Course Description:

This is a standard course that provides a complete understanding of the Sylantro solution along with hands-on configuration and system management experience.

Course Objectives

After completing the course, you will be able to:

- Use the Synergy End-User telephony features and portal
- Use the Management Portal to configure users
- Describe and understand the hardware and software
necessary for a Synergy deployment
- Provision customers and services using the CLI
- Install IP phones and adapters
- Understand Synergy software modules and call flows
- Conduct simple monitoring of the Synergy System
- Manage the Synergy servers
- Provision and manage SIP resources
- Use the EMS to provision a customer
- Make use of Best Practices in System Management

This course is offered primarily to Sylantro customers who are involved in engineering functions for the implementation of voice and network equipment at the carrier sites.
