UCM: Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0

Prerequisites:

# Working knowledge of converged voice and data networks.
# Working knowledge of Cisco IOS gateways.
# Ability to configure and operate Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco IOS gateways in a multisite environment.
# Very good understanding of multisite dial plans, including the following components: SRST and CFUR; AAR; Line / device CSS approach; Device mobility; TEHO; Basic knowledge about Cisco Unified Mobility

Course Description:

Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 7.0 Features (UCM70) v1.0 is designed to provide learners with necessary knowledge and skills to install and upgrade Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 7 and to implement the new features introduced with this new release in large, multisite Cisco Unified Communications Manager deployments.

The course shows the differences between the various versions of Cisco Unified Communications Managercompared with new Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0.

New Cisco Unified Communications Manager features, like Global Transformations, E.164 Support, Local Route Groups and enhancements like in Cisco Unified Mobility are explained.
