Trainer Profile

Bev Holloway

“I understand the policy but I’m not sure what to do in to this particular situation”.

This, and comments like it, are those I receive when delivering this course. The delegates are keen to learn the theory but also the practical side of HR which is where my past experience as a HR Generalist comes into play.

There are a wealth of subjects covered in thetwo days and the matter could be viewed as dry. Therefore, I encourage you to join in activities, to explore case studies and relate them to your own experiences, to answer quizzes, to ask questions and most importantly discuss your views. I enjoy seeing participant’s light bulb moments as they gain insights into what it’s like to actually apply the law and policies and understand what “Best Practice” really means.
