This course is an in-depth study of the method and includes the highly valued Foundationand Practitioner exams. (Please note that to progress to the Practitioner examination you must have scored at least 60% on the Foundation exam)
Is it right for me?
The course is suitable for programme managers and senior project managers who are seeking a recognised framework and qualification. Given the demands of this course it is not recommended for project managers with either little or no practical experience of managing programmes.

Pre-course Activity
This is an intensive course and delegates are recommended to complete five to eight hours of pre-course reading, to include the MSP manual. You will also have approximately 2 hours homework per night during the course.
