From the expert in secretarial and shorthand training, Pitman Training SpeedWriting is a new, fast way to learn how to take notes and minutes. Based on the 'texting' principle, SpeedWriting has been developed as an alternative to shorthand. Whether you will use it for personal or work use, this is an ideal alternative to learning shorthand.

This course comprises three lessons during the day. Amongst these, you will learn about silent letters and vowels, phonetics and prefixes through a combination of exercises and dictation practice until you are reaching speeds of up to 40 wpm.
At the end of the day, not only will you leave with a fantastic new, valuable skill you will also have a workbook and a CD of timed dictation to practise at home so you can keep on improving.
