"Hi C Elliot

A few things to consider here:

Does your husband have relevant and appropriate qualifications in catering, to include something in food safety, food production e.g. culinary skills, and possibly haccp.

Then he will require some form of teaching or training award e.g. ptlls, education and training award, or higher, possibly a certificate in teaching or diploma. This will depend on the recruiting organisation, and in this case it would be the secondary school.

Your husband's experience will go a long way as well.

I hope this helps.
