How to learn how to design effective e-learning?

1. What do you want to learn, change or accomplish?

   We have purchased an e-learning authoring tool and we want to go on a course to learn how to design effective e-learning.

2. Why are you interested in this? Tell something about your motivation, work background and future plans.

   We have multiple clients who we need to provide e-learning for and we want to make sure that it is effective adn engagnig.

3. How do you want the course or program to be set up? Think about the level of completion, region, your budget and other criteria.

   There are three participants, so we would like to do whatever is the most cost effective. We are based in Leeds, but could travel to attend a course nationally.
