This gas safety assessment is designed to test candidates’ gas safety competence in the following work: install exchange disconnect service repair and commission domestic open balanced and fan assisted flued gas fires and wall heaters. Both practical and theoretical competence are assessed. The assessment does not include construction work with masonry or bricks on chimneys or electrical work.
