ILM Level 2 Qualifications in Innovation in the Workplace

The ILM Level 2 Award and Certificate in Innovation in the Workplace are the ideal qualifications for anyone looking to develop their creative and problem solving skills in order to further their career, undertake a change programme in their organisation or make a significant contribution to the success of their team. They are also suitable for anyone in an entrepreneurial role.

The Award:

The Award comprises just one mandatory unit, `Contributing to Innovation and Creativity in the Workplace. Here learners explore different examples of innovation and creative thinking techniques and assess the elements of organisational culture that support or hinder innovation.

The Certificate:

In the Certificate learners build on the award, completing a total of six mandatory units which encompass a wide range of subjects including business improvement, problem solving and communication skills.

Progression:

As you progress in your career there are a number of ILM qualifications that can help you in your new role, recognise your knowledge and achievements or prepare you for your next move. On completion of the Award you can progress to the Certificate and to another ILM qualification in business management or other appropriate occupational area.
