Leading a High Performance Organisation

This course is aimed at the more experienced manager - who wishes to enhance and refresh their leadership style. The programme is specifically designed to link to real issues in delegates' organisations, and the course tutor will contact each delegate beforehand in order to identify the key points that they would like discussed during the course. The programme will also provide delegates with the opportunity to complete the powerful Myers-Briggs personality inventory. This non-judgemental indicator allows people to gain an understanding of their preferences, particularly with respect to energy source, information gathering, decision making and lifestyle. In addition to a group discussion session, one-to-one feedback sessions with a licensed Myers- Briggs practitioner are also available.
