Delivered by our highly qualifi ed, experienced instructors, these courses equip learners with the essential skills, knowledge and understanding required to safely and competently operate the Rough Terrain Masted Lift Truck.
The courses specifically cover:The Operator’s Safety CodeStarting, moving and stopping the truckOperation on rough terrainEquipment stabilitySteering, the hydraulic system and refuelling/rechargingControls and instrumentsPre-use inspection and takeover maintenanceWeight assessmentHandling laden and unladen pallets / load handlingStacking and de-stackingVehicle loading and unloadingOn completion, individuals will attain a NORS (National Operator Registration Scheme) certifi cate and photo ID card evidencing their ability to consistently endorse good operating practice in the workplace.
Assessment method
