Content
This course will cover the full project life cycle from initiation to closing.
Delegates will discuss and examine the roles of stakeholders and how to set and manage their expectations.
Project planning will be covered in depth, exploring areas such as critical path analysis, work breakdown structure, dependencies and assumptions. Graphical tools to manage and report progress will also be discussed.
Techniques to manage risk, control scope creep and enforce strict change management will be introduced.
