HRBG6006 Therapeutic Relationships: Assessment and Treatment Planning (20 credits at level 6)

Intended learning outcomes

On successful completion, you will be able to

  1. Critically evaluate the variables involved in forming therapeutic relationships with clients/patients.
  2. Investigate and evaluate the types of assessment and evidence that can determine the focus of holistic treatment.
  3. Critically appraise goal setting techniques with clients to promote health and autonomy.
  4. Critically evaluate the role of the client's perception and formation of meaning attributed to the therapeutic journey.
